Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order because of stock, pricing, delivery, verification, fraud-prevention or payment issues. Paid cancelled orders are refunded.

Prices and promotions

Prices and eligible promotions are displayed before checkout. Product discounts will not be represented through misleading comparison prices.

Shipping, returns and cancellation

Processing normally takes 1–3 business days and transit 7–12 business days. Standard shipping is free at US$45+. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection. Cancellation requests must be received within 12 hours and before processing begins.

Product information

We aim for accurate descriptions and images. Colour, scale and finish may vary due to screens and ordinary production tolerances.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
