30-day return period

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Eligible returns

The item must be unused, clean, complete and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Used hygiene-sensitive goods, personalised goods, gift cards and final-sale goods are not eligible unless defective, damaged or incorrect.

How to apply

Email service@calviyn.com with the order number, item, reason and supporting photographs where relevant. Wait for written return authorisation before shipping.

Do not send a parcel until customer care confirms the return instructions and any required reference number.

Return shipping cost

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. When an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, CALVIYN will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable approved return costs.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item, outer packaging and shipping label. Depending on the case, we may issue a replacement, partial refund or full refund.

Refund timing

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may require additional posting time.

Cancellation

Email within 12 hours of ordering. Cancellation is possible only before processing or fulfilment begins.
